Terms of Service for SubjectsRemoved.com and veykhostagent.ai

Who provides the service

ACB Zero Ventures Inc. is the seller and operates these website builders. These terms apply to the individual or business accepting an invitation to use a builder. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to accept on its behalf. You must be at least 18 and of legal age to enter into this agreement where you live. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

SubjectsRemoved.com helps real estate professionals prepare listing and marketing websites. veykhostagent.ai helps hosts prepare vacation-rental websites. Both let owners review pages and manage inquiries. Sending an inquiry does not make a reservation, submit an offer or take a payment. The owner and visitor arrange any transaction separately.

Your account and your site

Keep sign-in emails, codes and private preview links secure. Use the Contact link on this page if someone obtains access without your permission. Use only accounts, property records, listings and systems you are authorized to access.

You choose what to upload, import and publish. Supply material that you own or have permission to use for this purpose, including photographs, names, reviews and listing information. Your permission to view a listing or photograph does not by itself include permission to republish it. Check the facts, images, prices, accessibility and contact information before publishing or republishing. Review AI suggestions and replies before using them.

For real estate advertising, check the rules of your jurisdiction, brokerage and board. For a BC listing, verify the displayed licensee, brokerage and any required team name on each page. Obtain permission to advertise someone else's listing, keep details current and remove expired listings. For vacation rentals, check the applicable registration, advertising and occupancy rules. Give visitors accurate availability and booking instructions.

Materials, generated pages and downloads

You or the relevant rights holders keep the rights to the photos, text and facts you supply. You give ACB Zero Ventures Inc. permission to store, process and display them as needed to build, host and support your site. Publication makes the approved site content available to visitors. Tell us about content or rights concerns using Contact.

ACB Zero Ventures Inc. and its licensors keep their rights to the builder, software and design systems. During authorized access, you can review, edit and publish the generated site through the service. This permission does not include a right to take the generated website code or design system to another hosting platform or resell the builder. This provision does not reduce your existing rights in your own materials, or rights that apply by law.

Before deleting an account, use Download my content on each site you want to keep. The ZIP includes available photos, text, property or listing facts and inquiry records. Check its readme for items the export could not retrieve. It excludes the runnable website, layouts and platform code. Keep originals and protect any visitor information you download.

Acceptable use and reporting

Do not impersonate others, publish deceptive or unlawful material, infringe privacy or intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware or send unsolicited marketing. Use inquiry details to respond to the request. Obtain any permission the law requires for later marketing. This applies to copies in your own mail, exports and CRM.

ACB Zero Ventures Inc. monitors the Contact address on this page for pilot privacy and abuse reports. Use it to report misuse or a site that should be reviewed. Identify the site, the part at issue and how we can follow up. Avoid sending identity documents or unrelated personal information. We may investigate, restrict access or remove material to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations.

Beta access, closing an account and changes

Beta features, hosting options and availability may change. A public site requires a supported publishing arrangement. A private owner preview is available only through its authorized access path. We do not guarantee search rankings, bookings, leads, uninterrupted access or recovery of every file. Keep your own copies.

A request for access creates no paid subscription. Any paid offer must separately state its price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refunds and what happens to the site and its data when service ends. Review that offer before accepting it.

When you deliberately delete your account, the service takes down sites it hosts for that account and removes stored site files, account records and sign-in access. If a step fails, follow the displayed instructions to finish. Files or sites already removed may be unavailable immediately. Deletion cannot recall copies previously received or exported by others. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security reasons or if the beta closes. We will tell affected account holders about material changes and explain any action they need to take. Where notice or fresh agreement is required, we will seek it before applying the change.

Problems and applicable rights

If you have a complaint, use Contact to reach ACB Zero Ventures Inc. Describe what happened and the outcome you seek. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You may also use the courts or regulators with jurisdiction over the matter.
